Vegan Pepperoni Recipe:

Ingredients:
- 14 ounces extra-firm tofu
- 2 tsp each sea salt
- 2 tsp fresh ground black pepper
- 2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
- 3 tsp ground mustard seeds
- 1.5 tsp fennel seeds (lightly crushed)
- 3 tsp smoked paprika
- 3 tsp garlic powder
- 3 tsp brown or coconut sugar
- 1/4-1/2 tsp ground anise
Instructions:
- Mix all the ingredients in a food processor
- Spread on a greased baking sheet to a ~2 cm thickness
- Bake at 400F for 25-30 mins
- Cut circles with a cookie cutter
