Ingredients: (4 people)

Use any plant based milk to make it vegan!

For the ganache

  1. Melt the dark chocolate on a double boiler

  2. Once melted, slowly add milk. Whisk continuously on low heat till you get a smooth consistency

  3. Add a pinch of sea salt

  4. Pour the ganache in a martini glass and refrigerate for 30 mins
