Ingredients

1 cup whole roasted almonds

2 1/4 cups all purpose flour

1 1/2 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 cup granulated sugar

1/2 cup brown sugar

3 large eggs (room temperature)

1/2 cup olive oil

1 tbsp pure almond extract

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375F.
  2. Mix the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and sugars in a bowl.
